Yogurt Recipe
I would like to share with you one of my favorite puppy recipes.
going through the transition of a new environment..
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Kayro syrup ( or honey)
1 raw egg ( optional) for protein
Mix well and give puppy via syringe as needed. If using just as a supplement or at bed time
amount would be less. If a full meal you would increase the amount. . The size and age of the
Puppy determines the about given..... Most weaning puppies get at least 3 cc's at bedtime and
first thing in the morning if eating good just as a supplement. If puppy not eating you would
give every 4 hours as a meal 3cc's ( for small puppies) up to 12 cc's for and older more mature
puppy that is not eating well. The way I like to judge is to feel just a bit of plumpness to the
tummy.
This can be given to adults as well to keep blood sugars stable if for any reason is not eating
well at the time...

You know it's all up just to you; you'll fight this fight alone.
Formula, bottles, heating pads, you've got to get this right,
Two-hour feedings for this tiny guy, throughout the day and night.
In your heart you know you're almost sure to lose this epic fight, to save this little baby,
but God willing..... you just MIGHT.
Day one he's in there fighting; you say a silent prayer.
Day two & three he's doing well, with lots of love and care..
Day four & five....he's still alive, your hopes soar to the Heavens.
Day six he slips away again, dies in your hands day seven.
You take this little angel and bury him alone;
With aching heart and burning tears, and an exhausted groan, you ask yourself
"Why do this?.... Why suffer all this pain?"
But see the joy your puppies bring......it really self-explains.
So, when you think of breeders and label them with "Greed".
Think about what they endure to fill another's need.

You only pay with money......we pay with a piece of our heart.

| What you will need when taking your Blue Monday Baby Home 1. Pro Plan Puppy Small bites ( Dry Food) You may transition your puppy slowly into the food of your choice. 2. Bottled Water only for the transition as this is Universal and even the water transition can upset a tiny puppies tummy. You may transition your new puppy gradually into your water preferably filtered. 3. Chicken Baby Food, Canned puppy food, or boiled Chicken diced up into small pieces. ( the first couple of days) A puppy is normally nervous going into the new home and is very important they eat every 4-6 hours during the adjustment period . So you will need to have some very tempting tasty choices on hand that the tiny puppy will want to eat during this time when such a change has occurred in their environment. 4. A MUST ----THE YOGURT RECIPE I HAVE LISTED BELOW. This will keep blood sugars level in case your puppy would not want to eat the first day in your home. 5. A soft cozy Bed for your puppy to bond with right away and know that is his or her safe haven. 6. A playpen or crate-- is highly recommend , puppies are like babies when not being watched they do not need the run of the house. This can over exert a tiny puppy using up all their nutrients , and also allow him or her to get into things that may be harmful to them. They love their little "safe haven" for naps and when Mommy and Daddy are busy. I also recommend attaching a water bottle to the playpen or crate so puppy has water available at all times and is not able to step in and soil the puppy. Keeping puppy safe and dry. You may add a bit of honey optional. 7. Puppy or Potty pads. -- All puppies are started on puppy pad training and normally are doing well by the time they arrive to their new home. Always remember schedule is key to successful house training. A puppy normally goes potty right after a meal. So this needs to be at routined times and puppy needs to be observed at this time for house training to become a success. 8. Last but not least - Unconditional Love for the precious stages of watching your puppy grow to maturity. I Promise every bit of love you give will be given back to you Unconditionally~ |

Boy vs. Girl
So many folks come to me wanting that tiny purse baby girl.
I must say this saddens me, that more people do not consider a boy. After all there has
never been anything cuter than My Runway in my Purse all dressed up for the day
with his bow and button up sweater:) I will have to say little girls bring it on! ;)
My Boys are so eager to please- (me ) and say to me everyday I love -you, I love- you .
While My Girls say to me how can I please- them :) and Love- me ,Love- me :)
While both are wonderful in their own way, the best way I know how to sum it up
is- -- Boys like to give love , while females like to receive love. A Male puppy being
neutered as a young adult will never learn the bad behavior of marking his territory
and will be just as easily house trained as a female.
Many people misunderstand this and do not consider a male due to misinformations
or not understanding fully behavior that comes with letting a male or a female stay in
tack beyond when should have been altered. So therefore either sex and can show
behaviors of an intact dog if left intact.
I love both my Boys and Girls dearly but I must say Girls tend to be more needy, fussy
and moody, while my boys give love so freely and temperaments stay the same from
day to day.
So while both Male and Female are Wonderful Forever Companions. You just need
to consider which type of Companion you are seeking and hopefully more folks will
really give the little boys as much consideration as the little girls. Reguardless of your
choice To Know a Yorkie is To Love Them~
